About the Adventure

Activity Level 2: Moderate Location: Moraine State Park, Portersville Guide: Lindsay Each December we love to experience the magic of the season by hiking amongst the beautiful evergreen trees! It's so good to get outside during these shorter days and move our bodies, connect with nature, and enjoy the tranquil beauty of evergreen foliage. This December Evergreen Hike takes us to Moraine State Park. We'll hike along several trails that feature white and red pine, hemlocks, and spruce. We'll breath in the refreshing scent of the pine trees and enjoy a short sit spot by the lake. Total hiking distance is 5 miles. Elevation gain is approximately 500 feet.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration for an adventure, please make your cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. To cancel, please send a brief email to lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com Cancellations with insufficient notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who have missed the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We don't offer credit for future events. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations involving an outfitter (SUP, rafting, kayaking, etc.) we follow the outfitter's cancellations policy.
