About the Adventure
Activity Level 3: Vigorous Location: Raccoon Creek State Park, Hookstown Guide: Lindsay Join us for an invigorating winter hike through the serene woodlands of Raccoon Creek State Park. We'll hike for 6.8 miles amongst the evergreens and towering red pines as we soak in the fresh air and fragrant pine trees. Our journey will take us to the historic Frankfurt Mineral Springs, a once-popular 19th-century resort known for its naturally flowing mineral waters, and continue through the lovely wooded trails. Total distance: 6.8 miles Total elevation gain: approximately 1,000 feet Details regarding meeting location, recommended gear, and other pertinent information will be emailed to registered participants.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To cancel your registration for an adventure, please email lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a $3 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who miss the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer credits for future events. If an outing is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For adventures involving an outfitter (such as SUP, rafting, or kayaking), we follow the outfitter’s cancellation policy.
