About the Adventure
Activity Level 2: Moderate Location: Montour Woods, Coraopolis Guide: Lindsay Join us for a Full Hunter's Moon Hike under the largest supermoon of the year! This special moon gets its name from the time when hunters used its bright light to prepare for winter. Not only will this be a night of adventure, but the moon will appear extra-large and vibrant due to its close proximity to Earth—a stunning sight you don’t want to miss! As we hike, the moon will light our path, creating a magical evening filled with fun, connection, and nature at its finest. We'll hike for 3.5 miles through the Montour Woods during the various stages of twilight and ultimately, under the light of the "Hunter's Moon." Headlamps provided. Total distance: 3.5 miles Total elevation gain: Approximately 482 feet
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration for an adventure, please make your cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. To cancel, please send a brief email to lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com Cancellations with insufficient notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who have missed the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We don't offer credit for future events. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations involving an outfitter (SUP, rafting, kayaking, etc.) we follow the outfitter's cancellations policy.
