About the Adventure
Activity Level 3 - Vigorous Location: Moraine State Park, Portersville Guides: Meisha - lead, Lindsay - sweep The North Country Trail is the longest in the National Trails System, stretching 4,800 miles across eight states from North Dakota to Vermont. We'll be hiking 8 of those miles! Our second section of the NCT takes us through stands of pines and through a hardwood forest. We'll cross streams, catch glimpses of Lake Arthur, and have a snack beside a little pond. This is a great hike! Please note the elevation gain is just over 1,000 feet. Total distance: 8 miles. Elevation gain: 1,050 feet Event details, including meeting location, suggested gear, and other pertinent info will be sent via email to registered participants.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To cancel your registration for an adventure, please email lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a $3 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who miss the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer credits for future events. If an outing is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For adventures involving an outfitter (such as SUP, rafting, or kayaking), we follow the outfitter’s cancellation policy.
