About the Adventure

Activity Level 2: Moderate Guides: Joe-lead, Megan-assistant Location: Montour Woods, Moon Township On July 20, 1969, humans first landed on the moon. On July 20, 2022, we will land in Moon Township to celebrate National Moon Day by hiking in Montour Woods Conservation Area. This 6 mile hike's highlights include views of Meek's Run, a new bridge, and the former Nike Missile Site. This outing is limited to 12 hikers. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, please make your cancellation at least two business days (Monday – Friday) in advance of the outing. For example, you must cancel no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday for the following weekend’s event by emailing lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com or calling 717-433-7958. Cancellations with insufficient notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who have missed the group’s departure will not receive a refund. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations involving an outfitter (SUP, rafting, kayaking, etc.) we follow the outfitter's cancellations policy.
