Activity Level 2: Moderate Location: South Park, Pittsburgh Guide/Yoga Instructor: Meisha A morning yoga hike is a peaceful and invigorating experience that combines the restorative power of yoga with the refreshing energy of nature. As the morning sun rises and casts a warm glow across the landscape, we will embark on a serene hike through verdant forests and rolling hills of South Park. We'll stop and practice gentle yoga poses, breathing deeply and taking in the rejuvenating scents of the great outdoors. As you move mindfully through each pose, you'll feel your body awaken and come to life, while the soothing sounds of birdsong and rustling leaves create a peaceful backdrop to your practice. By the end of the hike, you'll feel energized, centered, and ready to take on whatever the day may bring. Hiking distance: 2 miles. This is an all-levels one hour yoga class. Pose variations will be given to accommodate all levels of experience. Be prepared to carry your mat or a beach towel on our hike. No yoga experience is necessary! This class will be rescheduled in the event of rain.


Cancelation Policy

To cancel your registration for an adventure, please make your cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. To cancel, please send a brief email to lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com Cancellations with insufficient notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who have missed the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We don't offer credit for future events. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment. If we cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations involving an outfitter (SUP, rafting, kayaking, etc.) we follow the outfitter's cancellations policy.
