About the Adventure
Activity Level 1-2: Easy to Moderate Location: Lake Arthur, Moraine State Park Guides: Ian from SurfSUP Pittsburgh + WAC guide Meisha The Women's Adventure Club is teaming up with SurfSUP Pittsburgh for this beginner-friendly SUP lesson and eco tour. Our experienced instructor will provide instruction on how to stand up paddle board on Lake Arthur's calm waters. Afterward, we will venture out onto the Hidden River water trail which passes by some beautiful limestone formations and diverse aquatic life. All equipment and photography is provided for this adventure! Includes: instruction, guided tour, water bottles, paddle board and paddle, life jacket, photos Required gear: Water shoes and clothes that can get wet 💦 💌 Registered participants will receive an email with meeting location, suggested gear, and other pertinent info before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To cancel your registration for an adventure, please email lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a $3 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who miss the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer credits for future events. If an outing is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For adventures involving an outfitter (such as SUP, rafting, or kayaking), we follow the outfitter’s cancellation policy.
