About the Adventure
Activity Level 3: Vigorous Location: Cook Forest State Park Guides: Meisha - lead, Lindsay - sweep There is so much to enjoy at Cook Forest from towering old growth hemlock forest, golden birch leaves, suspension bridges, and a stunning view of the Clarion River valley from the fire tower. This hike will offer a bailout halfway through. Total hiking distance is about 6.5 miles with 950 feet of elevation gained. 💌 Registered participants will receive an email with meeting location, suggested gear, and other pertinent info before the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To cancel your registration for an adventure, please email lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a $3 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who miss the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer credits for future events. If an outing is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For adventures involving an outfitter (such as SUP, rafting, or kayaking), we follow the outfitter’s cancellation policy.
