This 2-hour workshop is designed for beginners and crystal lovers alike, blending grounded education, intuitive exploration, and practical tools you can use right away. Together, we’ll explore: ・What crystals are and how they form ・A brief history of crystal healing across cultures ・How to choose crystals using logic and intuition ・Crystal shapes, families, and chakra pairings ・Simple ways to work with crystals for balance, grounding, and intention ・How to cleanse and care for your crystals safely You’ll have time to touch, feel, and explore a variety of crystals, tune into what draws you, and ask questions along the way. Each participant will receive a crystal gift to take home and continue working with after the class. No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and an open mind.
