About the Adventure

Activity Level 1: Easy Location: Sterling Yoga & Wellness Center, Pittsburgh Guides: Sterling, Owner of Sterling Yoga & Wellness Center + WAC Guide Abby Breathe deep, relax, and recharge with the healing combination of salt therapy and Reiki energy work. Salt therapy (halotherapy) involves inhaling tiny salt particles that can help clear the respiratory system, ease allergies and asthma, improve lung function, and promote deep relaxation. Reiki is a Japanese practice of gentle, hands-on (or just above the body) energy healing designed to restore balance and flow. Many people experience better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, more energy, and a deep sense of calm. During this unique session, you’ll spend about an hour unwinding in the Crystalline Salt Cave. You’re welcome to meditate, read, journal, or simply rest as you soak in the healing environment. Each participant will also receive an individual Reiki session with a skilled practitioner during their time in the cave. Because the Salt Cave is an intimate space, we’ll offer two back-to-back sessions: 6:00 PM and 7:15 PM. You are signing up for 6:00-7:00 session here.
