About the Adventure
Activity Level 2: Moderate Location: Sewickley Guide: Lindsay We'll celebrate the Winter Solstice with a wintery hike on our longest night of the year. Let's enjoy the tranquility of the evening as we move through the wooded trails of Sewickley Heights Borough Park, guided by the moonlight and, if needed, our headlamps. Following our two mile hike, we'll celebrate the Winter Solstice with a Winter Spiral Walk. We'll acknowledge the turning point in the year, this shortest day and longest night, and look for the light which comes from within. Limited to 16 participants. Event details, including meeting location, suggested gear, and other pertinent info will be sent via email to registered participants.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To cancel your registration for an adventure, please email lindsay@womensadventureclubwpa.com at least 48 hours in advance of the outing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a $3 processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, and late arrivals who miss the group’s departure are not eligible for a refund. We do not offer credits for future events. If an outing is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund. For adventures involving an outfitter (such as SUP, rafting, or kayaking), we follow the outfitter’s cancellation policy.
