Is there anything better in the heat of summer than a nice glass of cold, fresh tea? In this session, we will learn what makes teas so beneficial to us, and how each ingredient can play a different role. We will sample several herbal teas, as well as get the chance to mix personalized blends to bring home and apply to our own home practice. This session focuses on relaxing and restorative herbs appropriate to the summer season. This is a great session for a beginner to learn about the herbs used to make tea and for those that want to boost their seasonal knowledge of herbs and flavors. 💌 Registered participants will receive an email with meeting location, suggested gear, and other pertinent info before the event.
